The position available is for a Shift Manager at Five Guys. This role is pivotal in maintaining excellence during the General Manager's absence by overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Shift Managers are trained comprehensively to perform all duties typically handled by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, thereby ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant. Responsibilities include managing product preparation and delivery, overseeing customer relations, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, managing the team, controlling inventory, and executing any additional tasks as required. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour plus tips and bonus incentives, reflecting the company’s dedication to rewarding hard work and commitment.
