This full-time, hourly (non-exempt) Shift Manager role comes with a base hourly rate plus the potential to earn monthly bonuses, reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to rewarding high performance and dedication. Weekend availability is required, emphasizing the need for flexible and dependable leadership onsite during key business hours. Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certifications are mandatory, though the company is willing to assist motivated candidates in obtaining these credentials. Additionally, proficiency in Spanish is considered a valuable plus, enhancing communication within diverse team settings.

As a Shift Manager at Shakey's Pizza, you will act as a frontline leader responsible for ensuring excellent restaurant operations and delivering outstanding customer service following Shakey's Signature Service standards. You will lead your shift with confidence, managing a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where teamwork and enthusiasm are essential. Duties involve supporting opening and closing operations, including critical tasks like cash handling and receiving deliveries, coaching and training team members to maintain high performance, as well as delegating tasks to prepare the team for a productive day. An unwavering focus on cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance is expected, along with regular monitoring of food quality and temperature to meet both regulatory requirements and company standards. Ensuring adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and safety protocols will be a key part of your responsibilities to maintain a secure and compliant workplace for all employees. Your role will also require stepping in to support both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) areas as needed, fostering an energetic and positive environment for guests and colleagues alike.
