Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- plan and monitor shift performance
- take action to meet McDonald’s standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next Shift Manager for smooth shift transitions
- manage food safety and internal communication
- handle inventory management, cleanliness, and maintenance
- manage crew and quality food production
- provide exceptional customer service
- schedule and train employees
