This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's brand names, logos, and food products but functions as a separate company and employer. If hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This means the franchisee handles all employment-related decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline. McDonald's USA neither influences employment decisions nor receives copies of your application.
