Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- experience in leadership role preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate and friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- ensure team meets McDonald’s standards of quality service and cleanliness
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with next Shift Manager for shift preparation
- manage food safety internal communication and inventory management
- oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew scheduling and training
- maintain quality food production and exceptional customer service
