This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise. While this franchise owner holds a license to use McDonald’s trademarks, logos, and menu items, it operates as a separate business entity from McDonald’s USA, serving as the sole employer responsible for all staffing and employment decisions at the restaurant. McDonald’s USA does not manage hiring, firing, scheduling, or any other workplace administration for this franchised location. As such, candidates applying for the role will be directly employed by this franchisee rather than McDonald’s corporate. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • prior leadership experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours

  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant retail or hospitality environment preferred

  • minimum age requirement of 18 years

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experiences
  • plan and monitor shift performance
  • take action to meet McDonald’s quality service cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety security and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager for smooth transitions
  • manage food safety and internal communication
  • oversee inventory management
  • maintain daily cleanliness and restaurant maintenance
  • manage crew and scheduling
  • provide training and coaching
  • ensure quality food production
  • deliver exceptional customer service
