Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
- Plan and monitor shift performance to meet business targets
- Ensure food safety and compliance with health standards
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance tasks
- Handle scheduling and training of staff
- Promote safety, security, and exceptional customer service
