Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead employee training including food safety and operational procedures
  • Delegate tasks to team members and report results
  • Support General Manager in achieving performance and quality standards
  • Supervise food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu implementation
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and organize key service areas
  • Partner with team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
