Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- prior leadership experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- willingness to learn and develop leadership skills
- must be authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferably in restaurant retail or hospitality
- positive team player with flexibility and passion for fast paced environments
- ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- strong communication and organizational skills
- at least 18 years of age
- commitment to upholding high standards of quality and customer service
Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate and friendly customer experiences
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality service and cleanliness
- plan shifts and monitor team performance to meet McDonald's operational standards
- oversee food safety and internal communications
- manage inventory and daily maintenance and cleanliness
- schedule staff and provide training to crew members
- monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
