This employment opportunity is offered by an independent franchise owner/operator operating a McDonalds restaurant. This franchisee is a separate entity from McDonalds USA, holding the license to use the McDonalds brand, logos, and food products while independently managing all operational and employment matters. Individuals hired for this role will be employed directly by this franchisee, not McDonalds USA, making the franchise owner/operator solely responsible for all aspects of employment including hiring, firing, scheduling, and management policies. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including shifts varied by availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and safety
- Eligibility to work in the franchisee-operated restaurant

Job Duties
- Lead shift operations ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage and coach crew and other managers on shift
- Monitor food safety and quality standards
- Oversee inventory management and daily cleanliness
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed
- Schedule and train team members
- Communicate shift updates and prepare the next manager
