- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- plan and monitor shift operations
- take action to meet McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate effectively with other shift managers
- manage food safety protocols
- oversee internal communication
- handle inventory management
- ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage and train crew members

- create and manage employee schedules
