Unlike McDonald’s USA, this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer, responsible for all hiring, firing, staffing, and employee management decisions. McDonald’s USA does not have control or involvement over employment matters at this restaurant. If hired, the franchisee will be your direct employer, managing your work schedule, discipline, and supervision under their own policies and procedures.

As a Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in the restaurant, taking responsibility for shifts to ensure all aspects of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are consistently met.
