Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance to meet standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate shift details to next manager for smooth transitions
- Manage food safety, inventory, and daily maintenance
- Train staff and schedule employees effectively
