Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor performance during shifts
- take action to meet McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager to ensure smooth transitions
- manage food safety, inventory, and scheduling
- oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- train and coach crew members
- manage quality food production
- deliver exceptional customer service
- ensure safety and security protocols are followed
