This particular position is for a Shift Manager who will provide leadership during shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers are crucial to the operation, responsible for supervising crew members and other managers, managing daily activities, and ensuring the restaurant meets its performance targets. The role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to monitor and improve operational performance dynamically, and the enthusiasm to lead a fast-paced team.

Shift Managers plan and oversee shifts with responsibilities including food safety assurance, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security measures, staff scheduling, and training.
