Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lead shifts and manage teams
- knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- prior experience in a leadership role preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- plan for each shift and monitor team performance
- ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- manage inventory and schedule staff
- train and develop crew members
- communicate effectively with next shift manager for smooth transitions
