Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to lead shifts and manage teams
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts
  • prior experience in a leadership role preferred
  • ability to handle fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
  • plan for each shift and monitor team performance
  • ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • manage inventory and schedule staff
  • train and develop crew members
  • communicate effectively with next shift manager for smooth transitions
