The franchisee is a distinct and separate entity from McDonald's USA, and therefore, directly responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This particular position is for a Shift Manager who will provide leadership during shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
