The position available is that of a Shift Manager who plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant, especially in the absence of the General Manager. Shift Managers are not only trained in all the responsibilities held by Crew Members and Shift Leaders but are entrusted with additional leadership duties such as oversight of product preparation and delivery, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing restaurant upkeep, handling team dynamics, and managing inventory. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour, plus tips and bonuses, providing an excellent compensation package that recognizes the responsibilities undertaken.
