Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willingness and ability to support management team to meet employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training and other tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Motivated with a passion for providing excellent customer service

  • Commitment to food safety and proper procedures

Job Duties

  • Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Stand and move for most or all of your shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
  • Obtain and maintain SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training and tasks
  • Create a customer first attitude with the team
