Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • use of restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
  • flexible work hours
  • commitment to promoting proper procedures and food safety culture

Job Duties

  • Support the management team achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
  • follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
  • obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • secure reliable transportation for occasional travel to home store and other locations
  • create a customer first attitude with the team
