Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel to home store or other locations
  • Flexible work availability
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Willingness to use restaurant equipment like headset, register or grill

Job Duties

  • Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant
  • Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • Guide and lead team members to increase profits and provide superior service
  • Foster a customer-first attitude in your team
