Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel to home store or other locations
- Flexible work availability
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment like headset, register or grill

- Leadership experience or interest in leadership

Job Duties
- Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Guide and lead team members to increase profits and provide superior service
- Foster a customer-first attitude in your team
