Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance coverage if driving for company business
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • exposure to high heat and cooking oils
  • completion of P.O.C. training on all positions
  • ability to perform under limited standardization
  • ability to drive for company errands such as bank deposits and supply pickups
  • ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • one to three months of related experience and/or training
  • proficiency in Point of Sale (P.O.C.) systems
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
  • mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpretation of rates and graphs
  • problem-solving and reasoning abilities
  • possession of Crew Leader Certification
  • possession of Shift Supervisor Certification
