Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance coverage if driving for company business
ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
exposure to high heat and cooking oils
completion of P.O.C. training on all positions
ability to perform under limited standardization
ability to drive for company errands such as bank deposits and supply pickups
ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions

Job Qualifications

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
one to three months of related experience and/or training
proficiency in Point of Sale (P.O.C.) systems
ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions
ability to write routine reports and correspondence
ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpretation of rates and graphs
problem-solving and reasoning abilities
possession of Crew Leader Certification
possession of Shift Supervisor Certification
