Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance coverage if driving for company business
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- exposure to high heat and cooking oils
- completion of P.O.C. training on all positions
- ability to perform under limited standardization
- ability to drive for company errands such as bank deposits and supply pickups
- ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- one to three months of related experience and/or training
- proficiency in Point of Sale (P.O.C.) systems
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
- mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpretation of rates and graphs
- problem-solving and reasoning abilities
- possession of Crew Leader Certification
- possession of Shift Supervisor Certification
Job Duties
- Managing shifts effectively
- training crew members on all positions
- handling cash transactions accurately
- ensuring compliance with Food Safety and company policies
- overseeing customer satisfaction
- maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness
- preparing operational reports
