Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using lifting equipment or assistance when needed
  • Ability to move around the kitchen quickly and efficiently
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with complaint resolution ability
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
  • High attention to detail in maintaining restaurant standards

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance
  • Ensure quality food preparation and customer service standards
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations
  • Oversee inventory management and control costs
