Job Requirements
- Candidates must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months’ related experience and/or training
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Valid state driver’s license if driving for company business
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Drive sales and profitability
- Provide excellent customer service
- Conduct training and development of employees
- Handle company errands such as bank deposits and purchasing
