The Shift Manager is expected to demonstrate leadership skills, reliability, and strong communication abilities to effectively train and manage crew members. The ideal candidate also must possess the ability to multitask efficiently, handle customer interactions in a professional manner, and ensure all operations run smoothly during their shifts.
This role requires candidates to be at least 18 years old, possess valid documentation and permits as per federal and state laws, and have reliable transportation. Flexible availability is key as the restaurant operates during extended hours.
