Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Ability to work shifts from 11 am to 10 pm
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain operational standards
  • Must be honest, energetic, motivational and fun

Job Duties

  • Perform all crew member and shift leader duties
  • Direct daily restaurant operations in general manager's absence
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery
  • Maintain excellent customer relations
  • Oversee restaurant maintenance
  • Manage team and inventory
  • Perform additional assigned duties
