Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to meet restaurant demands including standing lifting bending squatting reaching sweeping mopping and working in varied temperatures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Some college or restaurant management coursework preferred
- Six months of quick serve restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with a reputation as a trusted approachable role model
- Genuine passion for hospitality people and guest satisfaction
- Self-motivation with a positive attitude and commitment to integrity
Job Duties
- Lead with integrity by modeling authentic communication and fostering respect trust and accountability
