- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during the restaurant's operating times
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Perform duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders
- Direct daily restaurant operations in General Manager's absence
- Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Manage restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- Oversee team and inventory management
- Perform other assigned duties
