Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager
  • Train and perform duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in food preparation and delivery
  • Manage customer relations and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and perform maintenance tasks
  • Supervise team members and manage inventory
  • Execute additional duties as assigned or required
