Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- motivated to learn and grow in a management role
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle cash and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in retail or food service management preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven leadership and team management abilities
- ability to work well under pressure and solve problems quickly
- strong customer service orientation
- basic computer literacy
Job Duties
- lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- ensure cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- manage store operations during shifts effectively
- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- assist in training new employees and developing team skills
- maintain accurate cash handling and undertake deposit duties
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
