Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
one to three months related experience and/or training
P.O.C. trained on all positions
ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
effective communication skills for speaking before groups
proficiency in basic math and ability to compute rates and percentages
problem-solving skills with limited standardization
crew leader certification
shift supervisor certification
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
minimum age of 18 years
