Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months related experience and/or training
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
  • effective communication skills for speaking before groups
  • proficiency in basic math and ability to compute rates and percentages
  • problem-solving skills with limited standardization
  • crew leader certification
  • shift supervisor certification
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • minimum age of 18 years
