Job Requirements
- at least one year of restaurant work experience
- high school diploma or GED
- leadership experience managing and organizing a team
- excellent problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making skills
- ability to give and take direction
- flexible work availability
- willingness to travel to other restaurant locations
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to handle weather-related work conditions
- comfortable using restaurant equipment and following brand standards
