Job Requirements

  • at least one year of restaurant work experience
  • high school diploma or GED
  • leadership experience managing and organizing a team
  • excellent problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making skills
  • ability to give and take direction
  • flexible work availability
  • willingness to travel to other restaurant locations
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds occasionally
  • ability to handle weather-related work conditions
  • comfortable using restaurant equipment and following brand standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • coordinate shift schedules and team activities
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
