Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring customer fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for successful operations
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, and cleanliness
- Schedule, train, and coach crew members
