It is important to understand that the franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA, which has no control over the employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, disciplinary actions, supervision, or scheduling. The franchisee independently manages these responsibilities and will be the employer for the selected candidate. This distinction means that McDonald's USA does not receive your employment application or participate in the interview or hiring decisions.
