Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week
- ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
- ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness
- plan for each shift
- monitor performance during the shift
- take action to ensure team meets McDonald's standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with the next Shift Manager
- meet targets during shifts
- help assigned departments meet goals
- oversee food safety
