Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous managerial experience preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts each week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on progress and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru service areas
- train service staff in customer service procedures
- ensure high quality, safe, and timely food delivery
- control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures
- hire qualified crew and provide thorough training
- schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
