This job opportunity is offered at a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, which allows them to operate the restaurant in line with McDonald's standards. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous managerial experience preferred

Job Duties

  • lead shifts each week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up on progress and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru service areas
  • train service staff in customer service procedures
  • ensure high quality, safe, and timely food delivery
  • control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures
  • hire qualified crew and provide thorough training
  • schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members
