Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- One to three months of related experience or training
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Basic math skills including computing rates and percentages
- Ability to solve practical problems in dynamic environments
- Valid state driver’s license if driving for company business
- Compliance with physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in hot and fast-paced kitchen environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or training
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions
- Crew Leader Certification
- Shift Supervisor Certification
Job Duties
- Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Train new and existing staff on company policies and operational procedures
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation to meet Q.S.C. standards
- Prepare and submit routine reports and documentation as required
