Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months' related experience and/or training
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • ability to read and interpret documents
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • problem-solving skills
  • valid state-issued driver's license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • must be 18 years old or older

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • effective speaking skills
  • basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • problem-solving skills
  • Crew Leader Certification
  • Shift Supervisor Certification
