Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
- Plan and manage shift activities including safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate effectively with next shift managers to ensure smooth handoffs
- Manage food safety and internal communication
- Oversee inventory management and scheduling
- Train staff and maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness standards
