This franchisee owns the license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding for the daily operation of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Must have flexible availability

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Plan and manage shift activities including safety, security, and profitability
  • Communicate effectively with next shift managers to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Manage food safety and internal communication
  • Oversee inventory management and scheduling
  • Train staff and maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness standards
