AES prides itself on being a goal-oriented company that values excellence in operational performance and customer satisfaction. They aim to maintain their reputation as a premier fast-food destination by continuously enhancing team dynamics and operational efficiency. AES Restaurant Group provides both full-time and part-time opportunities for individuals seeking to advance their careers in the restaurant industry.
The role offered is that of a Shift Manager, a pivotal position in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant during assigned shifts. This role requires full accountability for the restaurant operations when the General or Assistant Manager is not present. AES values individuals who excel in communication, respect, coaching, and development of others while upholding high standards of customer satisfaction and operational success. Responsibilities include implementing company controls over cash and inventory, training team members, setting restaurant performance goals, and adhering to all employment laws and food safety standards. AES also offers several valuable employee benefits such as a bonus program, health insurance, health savings accounts, paid time off, and an employee rewards and recognition program, making it an attractive employer within the fast-food industry and a strong career choice for those dedicated to service excellence and operational leadership.
