This job posting is for a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products, distinct and separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee solely manages all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not control or influence any employment decisions and is not involved in the hiring process. The position available is for a Shift Manager, a key leadership role within the restaurant. Shift Managers are instrumental in leading shifts to ensure each customer enjoys a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. This role involves overseeing the team during shifts to maintain McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards. A Shift Manager’s responsibilities extend to planning shifts, monitoring team performance, promoting safety, security, and profitability, and facilitating effective communication between shifts for seamless operation.
As a Shift Manager, you will have a range of responsibilities that include ensuring food safety, managing internal communication, overseeing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, managing the crew, ensuring quality food production, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding safety and security standards.
