Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company purposes
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capable of performing physical activities such as bending, reaching, and carrying
- Experience or willingness to handle cooking equipment and exposure to heat
- Ability to read and write routine reports
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or training
- Completion of P.O.C. training in all positions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to make decisions in varied situations
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver superior customer service
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies
- Oversee employee training and development
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
