As a Shift Manager at AES Restaurant Group, you will hold a crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations during your assigned shifts. Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to coach and develop others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including cash handling and inventory control
- Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Job Duties
- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
- Assist management with training and coaching team members
- Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Collaborate with general and assistant managers to achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, speed of service, quality control, and workplace safety
- Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
