At AES, the Shift Manager role is essential in maintaining exemplary service standards and guest satisfaction. This position requires overseeing restaurant operations and directing team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Working closely with General and Assistant Managers, Shift Managers play a pivotal role in achieving high performance in areas such as restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, quality control, speed of service, workplace safety, and financial results. They are responsible for implementing restaurant controls, including cash and inventory management, and utilizing AES systems and tools such as the Systems Board and RTI Task Lists to drive operational efficiency. Furthermore, Shift Managers ensure compliance with all government regulations, employment laws, food safety standards, and accounting controls.

Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching motions
