Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management
- Leadership skills
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Understanding of financial management including P&L
- Ability to use restaurant management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
- Assist management with training and coaching team members
- Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Work with General and Assistant Manager to maintain restaurant operations
- Maintain workplace safety and follow all government regulations and policies
