Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Understanding of financial management including P&L
  • Ability to use restaurant management systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
  • Assist management with training and coaching team members
  • Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
  • Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
  • Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • Work with General and Assistant Manager to maintain restaurant operations
  • Maintain workplace safety and follow all government regulations and policies
