Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Experience or interest in food safety and quality service
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift activities to meet McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during the shift
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, and daily maintenance
- Schedule, train, and manage crew members
