The position of Shift Manager at AES Restaurant Group holds significant responsibility. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee the full restaurant operations during your assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. You will lead and guide team members, assist management with training and coaching, and maintain meticulous control over cash and inventory. Importantly, Shift Managers act as the primary on-duty leaders when higher management is not present, granting them full accountability to sustain operational excellence, meet financial targets, and execute company strategies.

Shift Managers are expected to work collaboratively with General and Assistant Managers to set and achieve ambitious goals aimed at enhancing restaurant operations, improving guest satisfaction scores, delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring rapid speed of service, and upholding quality control and workplace safety standards. Additionally, Shift Managers utilize AES’s proprietary systems and tools, including the Systems Board and RTI Task Lists, to streamline tasks, manage workflows, and maintain regulatory compliance.
