In this role, Shift Leaders must demonstrate operational awareness, manage labor effectively, and maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment, both front of house and kitchen areas. They are responsible for completing managerial tasks such as POS management and closing paperwork, while also fostering a positive team culture and holding themselves and others accountable for delivering a flawless shift. Job Duties
- Have an understanding of each position and what their roles are
- Be trained and competent in all hourly positions and responsibilities
- Able to complete manager functions on the POS
