SLI Enterprises is a dynamic and independent franchisee operating numerous McDonald’s restaurants across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including locations in Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, and Terrell. As a separate entity from McDonald’s USA, SLI Enterprises holds licenses to operate these restaurants using McDonald’s branding and food products. This distinction means that all employment and operational decisions, including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchisee, ensuring a unique, local, yet globally recognized working environment.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customer satisfaction
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan and monitor shift performance
  • ensure compliance with McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • maintain food safety and internal communication
  • manage inventory and daily maintenance
  • handle scheduling and training of employees
