Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for customer service and team support
- Ability to work flexible hours including standing for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Successful completion of background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is beneficial

Job Duties
- Lead and oversee crew schedules
