Job Requirements

  • Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience
  • You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law)
  • You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred
  • Knowledge of guest service and time management skills
  • Ability to support and coach team members effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Basic understanding of food safety and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis
  • Assist management team in providing support and coaching to team members
  • Ensure tasks are performed effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Manage time and resources to promote smooth shift operations
  • Support training and development of team members
  • Contribute to creating legendary experiences for guests
