Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with restaurant operations
- Must be able to lead by example

Job Duties
- Direct daily restaurant operations in general manager's absence
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product preparation and delivery
- Manage customer relations and resolve issues
- Oversee restaurant maintenance and cleanliness
- Supervise and motivate team members
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Perform crew and shift leader duties as needed
