The position available is for a Shift Manager, a critical leadership role within Five Guys restaurants. Shift Managers are trained comprehensively to perform all duties carried out by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibilities for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager. This role demands a proactive individual capable of ensuring compliance with company standards across all operational areas including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, inventory control, and any other duties as required or assigned. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $19.00 plus tips and bonuses, making it a competitive opportunity within the food service industry.

Shift Managers at Five Guys can expect to work within real-life hours of operation, with most locations open from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm and no drive-thru service. Job Requirements
