The Shift Manager position at Five Guys is pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the restaurant, especially in the absence of the General Manager. The position offers competitive compensation at $22.00 per hour, with additional earnings from tips and a bonus program that rewards exceptional performance, including a Secret Shopper bonus plan where team members earn bonuses based on secret shop results during their shifts.
